  1. Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) usually ship within 2–3 business days during non-sale periods. During major sale periods, processing time may be extended by several days.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, excluding tax and after discounts are applied. Shipping to remote regions (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.) may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, FEES OR DUTY TAX?

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are non-refundable.

6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order has already been placed, please contact support as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

8. MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NO UPDATES

Tracking updates may take several days to appear. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact support with your order number.

9. I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact support.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, a refund or replacement may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Partially used or damaged items are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  4. Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen are not eligible for refund.
